The Plain dealer man ran onto him, while making the rounds at Kiddle, and found him "liead-over-lieels" in work, getting up transcripts on appeal to the Supreme, court of tho statu of several cases H Inch were tried at the last term of the circuit OOUrt in Douglas county. One of the must voluminous of these was that ol lull fl reeks who were indicted by the! grand jury for inciting a riot at Qlen brook, at the time when Mrs. J. A. Pet-1 ravin wee killed and whom the Jurj I in toe circuit court afterwards adjudged i as guilty. I his transcript contains sev eral hundred pages and was a big job for Mr. Kiddle, but he was equal to the emergency and gut it out in ample time ami in excellent shape.
