a warrant issued out of the County Court
of the state of Oregon, for Douglas
County on the 10th day of Novem
ber, 1903, commanding mo to ad
vertise and sell the property of the De
linquent Tax-Payera for and in tho said
Douglas county, Oregon, ior the year
1902. as extended in the Delinquent
Column in tho tax rolls of Douglas coun
ty, for said year, to satisfy the taxes
charged against said tax-payers for the
said year, together with all penalties,
