It is an ideal place for driving, riding, wheel ins, or walking, and the surf bathing is unsurpassed. The excellent hotels . and boatding places provide good ac commodations at prices ranging from one dollar to three dollars per day. The round trip rate from Portland to Astoria is f2.50; to Ocean Beach points $4.00, good until October 15th.
