In Roseburg, July 27, 1903, Mrs. Percy Webb, aged 27 years, of heart trouble, after u lingering illness of several months. Deceas-ed was the wife of Percy Webb, 1st Sergeant in Company E. 0. N. G. of this city. While she has been ill for some time nothing serious was feared until Monday night when she began to grow worse and about half past ten pass ed away. She had lived in Roseburg all her life, and was the daughter of Mrs. E. Moflit, of this city. Besides her mother and her husband, she leaves two children aged seven and three respect fully : five sisters and two brothers to mourn her death. They are as follows : Mrs.Geo. W. Kczertee, Mrs. Wm.
