Notice is hereby given that the un dersigned, the administrator of the partnership estate of S. Marks and H. Wollcnbcre, in pursuance of an order of the county court of Douglas Couniy, State of Oregon, duly made and entered on the 1st day of De cember, 1902, will on and after the 2d day of January, 1903, at Roseburg, Douglas County, Oregon, sell at pri vate sale for cash in hand, or upon such terms as may be agreed upon, the following described real property, being siiuate in Douglas County, State of Oregon, to-wit: .
