Mrs. Lurhman was a witnees to the
shooting. The deceased lived an hour
after the shot was fired. A revolver was
found about four feet from his body, bat
it is not known if it belonged to him.
Lurhman gave himself up, and will ke
brought to Baker City tomorrow, lie
refuses to talk about the affair.
