Fortunately no lives were lost, and as the bouses are mostly one story build ings it is not thought the damage will be great. Another shock was felt in Juneaa on Friday, Sept. 13. He was in many en gagements, including the battle of Carth age, was discharged in ISoo, reaching home November U, the very day he was 10 years of age. He wai the youngest of five brothers, all of whom served in the Northern army, no two belonging to the same regiment.
