land vs. E. T. Wade today brought
in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff,
awarding bint 125. The jury was out
from 3:30 yesterday afternoon until
10:30 this morning, and the verdict
is in the nature of a compromise,
the suit being for $100.

Nelson, involving the sale of a span
of horses, is being tried this after­
