A conflict of opinion between the board of health and a majority of the city physicians, makes it difficult for that body aad the public gener ally to ascertain the true condition of affairs here. This includes the cases now suspicious, but sire ugly be lieved to be yellow fever. Two suspicious cases were reported to the beard of health to-day, making a total of five cases under supervision.
