On last Saturday the real esute herclorore
wdvertised for sale by the guardian of
Frank E. LaDowand Louis M. La Dow,
was sold at auction in front of the court
lutsse. The lulding was spirited and the
property sold for its full value. This sale
settles many rights which hare been in
abeyance since the death of our lamented

Much valuable time has been used and
many reams of papet bare been written
-over to instruct and implore merchants not
to obstruct the tide walks with dry-goods
boxes. It's so use, it needs demonstration,
and we had it in front of Lot's store last
