The Walla Walla Statesman says r Jost now the medical gentlemen of this vallev , arc kept busy. There is an unusual amount of skkness in families, mainly confined to children. Diphtheria prevails to a frarful extent, and in some instances we hear of four and five children in the same family being dawn with the disease. Typhoid fe ver is also prevalent, and quite a nambcr of deaths are traced ta this disease. The prevalence of these complaints in a country J heretofore considered remarkably healthy is somewhat strange, and seem to indicate climatic changes. Ritxr IxrnoviixEST.
