which motion is still pending.
Serious Fire. About 2 o'clock on

Onr old friend Sol Abraham passed
through yesterday to the railroad front.
Sol was the right of way agent who
piloted the company over seventy
uitles of territory in Douglas county
without a single suit and only ft dollar
expenditure for each le.ed. His ser
vices might have been of value in this
county and saved a good deal of trotr
blo and money. He was the right
man in the right place.
The HRnley hill is again the subject
of complaint, and the attention of tho
