Cap'ain Seward speaks iu the highest terms of the Cap tain of the Rockabill, and warmly eulogizes his seamanship anil good tem per and under peculiarly trying circum siances. The Captain of the Brodie Castle is particularly desirous jof put ting the following on public record.
