nal from Nuremberg, Bavaria, concern
ing tho dungeons and instruments o
torture by which government Vria .ad
ministered In the 1 0th and 17th cen
turies. Entering the museum of the
castle, ho finds a post four feet high,
with two instruments on the top resemb
ling guulocks.
