ject tho raising of 82,600 an a bounty to
Induce volunteering to fill the quota of this
county.
3J. That a President nnd Secretary be
elected as permanent officers of the associa
tion. 4th. That a committee of one In each
precinct bo nppotntcd to call n meeting of
the citizens, as soon as possible, to raise
subscriptions, and report ut the next meet
ing of the association.
