State vs. August Walters; indict ment for murder in second degree. Found guilty’ of manslaughter. August Walters was ordered to ap pear for sentence on Saturday, 15th inst. State vs. J. Houck ; indictment for selling liquors without license. De fendant given till to-morrow to answer. F riday , N ov . 14th. State vs. Chas, and Amos Coggs well ; indictment for assault with a dangerous weapon.
