Mr Fisher left home Friday morning

stead of bl shotgun. Half an hour
afterward Mr Fliher loosened the dog
which immediately set out on the trail
of bl master, but returned alter a time
and for some lime predated In howling

found M r Fisher and ws eut home

Mr KUher Is about 46 years of age

It." About one year ago Marshal
stile took from Mr Fiahsr a bottle of
strychnine whloh Flsber said he In
tended to use In killing himself. Mr

after Mr Flshsr's disappearance. Prom
these things a probable sulclda can be
