before Justice Wheeler this afternoon.
The evidence was trivial to the ellect
that Judkins had called on his wife at
her lather's home; Mr. Powell had
feared trouble; Judkins kept his hand

cloth. A Jury trial was given, and It
took but a few minutes for the Jury to
return 11 verdict of not guilty. After
