A San Franoieao dispatch of Oct. 2Sth says: Lying at one of the wharves here is a little craft of about ninety tone bur den, which is the property of Cupt. Jorgen sen, her commander. She is the schooner Acme, three days from Siusluw, Or., and has come down hero to be converted into a steamer. The vessel was built in the woods by the captain all ulone, except on a few oc casions when he obtuined extra help from neighboring ranches. It required about six month! to complete the task, which has been prouounced by experts to bo an excellent one.
