After due coiisideratioii, on motion of Mr.
Mullock proposition No. 2 was accepted aud

tract with the Water Co. fir A term of ten
yeaia, the present contract to remain iu

Mr. Fiiendly, fiom the cominitiie on lire
nnd water, recommended an additional street
liidit to be located on the corner of Oak and

The monthly reports of the treasurer and
recorder were read nnd ordered ou file.
A proposition from 8. A. Cy-den to furnish
gravel for all new street crossings nnd all re
pairs by the year whs read and referred to
the committee on streets.
Mr. Friendly, from' tho committee on
finance, reported the estimated expenses
of the city for the ensuing year to be ri,81C.
