the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon, for
the Couuty of Lane, by the Clerk thereof,
o to-wit, the 21it day of July, 1884, and to
nie directed upon judgment rendered in
Mid Court December 0, 187H, in ft mit theu
and there pending wherein A H Spare wai
plaintiff, and A Lurch and B Lurch partner,
doing business under the firm Dam of Lurch
Broe, defendant, in favor of aid plaintiff
for the um .( H.703 83, which judgment
waa docketed in (aid Court December 9,
1878, by which writ of execution I wae
directed to make the ium of 83,314 23 and
coiti of laid rit, I did on to-wit: July 21,
1884, levy upon all the right title and inter
it of the aaid defendant above named on
and to the following described real property
to-wit:
Fractional lot No 1 in block No 3 of the
Hazleton addition to the town of Cottage
Grove, in Laue County. Oregon, being what ii
koewo at the Lurch Broe store.
Alan beginning at the southwest corner of
the John Cochran donation land claim,
thence north 42 feet, thence northeaster
ly 120 feet, thence east by south 100
fust, thence intltheost 114 feet, thence
due west 78 feet to thu place of beginning,
containing one-half of one acre more or less,
in Lane County, Oregon, being what is
known ai the Lurch Uroa warehouse, with
all the fixtures, cleaners aud apparatus there
to belonging.
Alan an undivided one half interest in the
following described property to-wit: Be-
Sinning at a point north fifty and one-half
egreei east and 91 linka distance from the
northeast eorner of lots deeded to N P
Chrisman by K Cathey, thunce south fifty
and three-fourths degrees east 80 feet, thence
north thirty-nine and one-fourth degrees
east thirty feet, thence north fifty and three

Shieldi' addition to Cottace Grove. Oregon.
Also beginning at the northeast corner of

Mrs M J Thornton, running thence in
northeast direction to the northwest corner
of a lot of land deeded by II II Hazleton to
Boott Chrisman. thence in a sou t Scant direc
tion to the southwest corner of said 'ot
deeded to Scott Chriin.an. thence in a south
west direction to the southeast corner of
M J Thornton's land, titmice in a northwest
direction to the place of beginning, all in or
adjaoent to the town of Cottage Grove, in

right title and interest of the above named
defendants in and to the above described
real property at public auction, to the high
