A third ballot was taken and resulted in the selection ot (Jlueago as the place of holding the convention, the vote being, Chica-'o 21, St. Louis 17. The committee then reconsidered the vote by which June 24th was Hxed as the time for holding the convention and agreed upon July 8th next, instead. The following cull was presented by the Executive Committee. The National Democratio Committee having met in th? city of Washington on February 22, 1884, has appointed Tuesday July 8th nxt, as the tinm and chosen Chicago as (he place of holding the National Democratic Convention Each Bute i entitled to representation there in number equal to double the, number of Senators and llepresenU lives in the Congress. of the United States.
