killed one of his partners, Ricca, near
Capo Horn, has been on trial at Van
couver, W. T., for two days and was
con vicled Friday night, of murder in
the lirst degree, the penalty for which

murder have been related. Giaunini,
Count Candianni and Ricco were oper

Ricco came up missing one day and
Giunniui said he had come to Portland.
Ricco's body was afterwards found in
