Program of Meeting Completed
Subjects and Speakers
Preparations are being pushed for the
farmers' eongress to convene in Corval
lis next montV The date has been set
and the program completed. The cen
gress is to be held January 25th and 26th.
The program, as it now stands, promises
to iurnish a vast amount of interesting
matter for fruit growers to consider. A
iarge number f letters have been received
by the committee from people allotted
places on the program, signifying an in
tention to be present. Others have not
yet been heard from. In addition to the
list of subjects and speakers presented
other persons have been assigned sub
jects, among whom is H. M. Finley, of
Benton county. The meeti g promises
to be one of the largest gatherings held
in Corvallis in a long time. The pro
