BRUTAL MURDER

Rollins was arrested, Inter in the evening,
in front "of the Opposition Shoe Store, 'ne u
Stark street. He "was in a drunken enndi
tion at the time. The Coroner's jury found
that the man, Kel'y. came to his neat h from
a wound in the neck, inflicted ly a knife or
other sharp instrument in the hands of
'James Rolling.'
' Both men are bad characters. Kelly fig
ured in the courts to a ' great' extent. For
'several months lie bad led a desnlute life',
doing nothing in the line of legitimate work.
His death is u n regret ted. but the horrible
manner of his death sends a thrill of horror
fcover the feailer. Jt is to be hnped that
prompt justice wTil be meted out to his
