The Oregon suprein court made a decision recently that ow ner of dogs should take note of. It was the cast of Cameron vs O'Brien, to recover damages from the owner of a dog which barked and freightened the plaintiff's horse. The plaintiff was thrown, and in jured and brought suit for $1500 damages. The jury gave him a verdict for that amount and the owner of the dog appealed to the supreme court.
