at the reault of the late elections we
there i no truth, nor ground for
belief, in the charge that fraud prevails
there to a greater extant thaa in the
North. We ar.e aware that many read

anything else upon this subject than the
ooutinually-repeated charge that they
do not have any elsottoas in ths South,
thst the vote is counted before the
elections are held, and many other sim

know them to be untrue, and especially
