a meeting of the stockholders of the Linn
County Agricultural Association held on
the 20th day of March, 1870, at the hour
of one o'clock In the afternoon of said
day, at the Surveyor's office In the Court
House In Albany, Linn county, Oregon,
for the purpose of considering and voting
upon a proposition or resolution that said
company fcoll all of Its property, real aad
personal to pay off all its debts, settle ut
all its busjness and divide its capital steek
among the stockholders according to their
respective shares, and dissolve the corpora
tion; and in case such proposition or reso-'
lution shall not .be adopted, then to con
sider and voti upon a resolution that the
President and Secretary of said company
be instructed to mortgage the real estate
of said company for the purpose of rais
ing money with which to pay off the in
debtedness of said company.
