of Oregon lor Linn Countv, on the 5th dav
f July, 187S, to me directed and delivered
in favor of William Bennett, Plaintiff, and
against H. A. Hoi man, P. C. Clark and J.
M. South, Defendants, for the sum of two
hundrrd and sixty and eighty-eix one
hundredth dollars, ($260 So-100), in U. 8.
gold coin, and for the further sura of two
hundred and fifty and sixtv five one-hundredth
dollars, (250 65-100), in U. a gold
coin with interest, in like coin, at the rate
of ten per cent per annum from the 14th
day of March, 1S7S,- and the further sum
of thirty-six and twenty one-hundredth
dollars, (36 20-'00), costs, I have levied
upon the following described real property,
to-wit; Beginning at the South east cor
ner of M. I. By lands homestead, lot three,
(Si, in section three, (3), now on file in
Oregon City, Oresron, as No. 1.187, contain
ing twentv-seven and thirty one hun
