glands, awellings which auppurate and be

These, all having the same origin, require the
tame remedy, viz., purification and invlgora
tion of the blood. Purify the blood, and
these dangerous distempers leave you. With
feeble, foul, or corrupted blood, you cannot
have health with that "life of the flesh
healthy, you cannot have scrofulous disease.

than are healthy constitutions. Hence it
tends to shorten, and does greatly shorten,
the average duration of human life. The

offer to the public under the name of Ateb's
BabsjIpamixa, although it ia composed of
Ingredients, some of which exceed the best
of SanapariHa in alterative power. By its
aid yon may protect yourself from the suffer
ing and danger of these disorders. Purge ,
out the foul corruptions that rot and fester
In the blood, purge out the causes of disease,
and vigorous health will follow. By its pecu
liar virtues this remedy stimulates the vital
functions, and thus expels the distempers
which lurk within the system or burst out
on any part of it.

by many compounds of Sartaparilla, that
promised much and did nothing; but they
will neither be deceived nor disappointed in

dant trial, and there remains no question of

number of titles) I placed myself in their eharge.

A desire to benefit humanity, and a feeling of
gratitude to Dr.c W. K. Doberty, alone induces ma
to make this statement. For many years I haver
been afflicted with that fearful disease known as
'Spermatorrhoea or Seminal ' Weaknesses, tha
result of self-abuse, but till 1S55 experienced but
little trouble or inconvenience. In that year,
however, I had Seminal Weakness to an alarming
extent, which was soon followed by the most
alarming symptoms, as weakness of the back and
limbs, pains in the head, dimness of vision, nerv-

afflicted to such an extent as to seriously impair
my memory ; my idas were confused and spirits
depressed. I was averse to society, had evil fore
bonings and self distrust, and was entirely unfit
ted for any of the duties of life. From lsia to tha
summer of 1S63, 1 employed the very best medical .
talent I could find, and tpent several hundred dol
lars, but in no instance obtained more than tem
porary relief. I had about concluded there waa
no relief for me in this world, but seeing Dr. Do
herty's advertisement, I thought I should call and
see him, as he ehargod nothing for consultation.
I had an interview with the Doctor, and Lis fee
for treatment was so reasonable, I determined to
try him, though I did not expect much benefit
from his treatment. On the 5th of December last
I placed myself under his care; in ana week I found
myself very much improved, an-1 now, after five
weeks treatment, 1 feel myself thoroughly cured of
all my troubles and in tha enjoyment of tha bast
health. Hoping that my experience may be of
benefit to others similarly affikrted, I subscribe
