Cornet Band of this city regaled' the occa
sion with music, and certainly done them
selves great credit. In the evening the
Band gave Messrs. Baum and Mason each
a serenade, and this wound up the day.
We never saw as much Interest In an elec
tion before in this couuty as was manifest
