ten million of dollars will be issued in a
few days, thus showing the three hundred j

last being disposed of. This establishes
beyond cavil the soundness of our National
credit, and silences forever all that loud
mouthed insolence of the Democracy about
Republican rule and ruin. In 1850 Howell

ury, tried bis hand with a five million loan
at 12 per cent., and failed.
Secretary Morrill places on the market a
three hundred million loan at i1 percent,
