They weren’t n bad bunch of kids,
by and large —but it seemed one
or the other of them would always
be having a fuss with the neigh
bors, or would break a window
playing baseball, or some other bid
trick. Kept Dad and Ma mighty
busy all the time.

right. . . but every now and then,
I guess, a retailer conics along who
runs a place that isn’t up to
scratch ... sort of like a wayward
kid.
One dny Dad got a bright idea.
He called the whole family to

checking up on them all the time.
He said he thought they were old

watch the younger ones. They
would have meetings every so
often and hand out rewards or
