Mis Walter Jaquith. who under­
went an operation in Good Samari­
tan hospital recently, is progress­
ing but will have to stay at least
two wieks more in the hospital.

illness with double pneumonia and
meningitis.
Funeral services were held Wed­
nesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the
Pentecostal tabernacle, in charge of
Donclson A Sewell, with interment

Laurel.
Surviving are’ the parents and a
