ed in. All c o n te stan ts m ust rep o rt all collections
fo r th e past w eek to th e A rgus office each W ed ­
nesday before noon. C o n testan ts not com ply­
ing w ith th is ru le will be su b ject to a deduction
of 10 per cent in cred its in all subscriptions not
