F. R. Deals, whose attorneys are

Peters and Bott & Winslow, has
brot suit against Sharp & Wins
low in the sum of $162,000 to
gether with $13,000 attorney fee.
The snit is on contract of defend
ants to buy $27,000 M. of logs al

were to have constructed a ten
thousand dollar mill at once
They have defaulted in the build
ing of the mill and under th
terms of the agreement all be
came due and payable. This is
the largest suit filed here for
many years.
