This county ba been apportion
ed over $14,000 for market road
work, and the state treasurer is
readv to send out a darft lor the
amount a soon as the vouchers
re fticrned br the local officials.
This is from a fund levied by the
state in the nature of a one-mill
tax, and the money will be ex
pended on the Cedar Mill-North
Plains road; the Farmington Riv
er road to Scholls, leading out of
Hillsboro, and the SchoUs-Laurei
road.

out a system of county market
roads, and much work on these
projeets l contemplated In the
