Robert Onne on his recent 15th
birthdav, at the home of his aunt,

sented with a pyramid cake about

DIVORCE CASES
Mrs. Leonard Delcve. of near Ce
dar Mill, has sued Leonard Dc-
eve for divorce, allfiinir that the
husband is shiftless, and has not
properly provided for herself and
minor children, so that she has
been compelled to work out to
net the money to care for the
family. She also swears that the
husband accuses her of improper
conduct with an aged employer.
The complaint in addition says
that Deleye told her he was going
back to Hclirium and marrv a
young woman.
Mrs. Lola Applegate has sued
Jesse C. Applegate for divorce,
alleging desertion in 1918. Thev
were married at Ashland in 190ti.
and there are two minor children,
for each of whom she asks a pay
ment of .() per month. The de
fendant is ex-sheriff of Washing
ton County, and resigned from of
fice after being in a lipior law
violation at Faiino Creek, and to
which he ph ailed guilty in Fed
eral court and served a few days
in jail, as well as peving a heavv
hue.
