from said 77 acre tract a certain 15
acre tract of land described at page
12C of book 79, records of deeds for
Washington County, Oregon, which
tract of land is now owned by J. N.
Hoffman; and also excepting from
said 77 acre tract of land a certain 2
acre tnict conveyed by Mary K. Wat
rous and J. A. Watrous to the First
Congregational Church of Forest
Grove, Oregon, by deed dated May 5,
I '.Mill, and recorded at page 99 of book
73, of records of deeds for Washing

ing you, and each of you, and all per
sons claiming by, through or under
you, from claiming or attempting to
claim, asserting or attempting to as
sert any right, title or interest in or
to said real property or any part
thereof, adverse to the title and in
terest of the Plaintiff therein and
thereto, and that the title of the
Plaintiff in and to said real property
be quieted against the claims and de
mands of you, and each of you.

by publication thereon in the Hillsho
ro Argus pursuant to order of the
