Bagley on Friday imposed a fine of ten thousand dollars on James Wi son, who pleaded guilty to ab ducting his son, who was given into the custody of Mrs. Wilson last July, when she was given decree of divorce from Wilson On October 24. Wilson kidnaped the little boy while he was play ing on the streets near the home of his grandparents. Mr and Mrs. Jed Niehodemus. Sheriff Reeves located Wilson and the b. by boy, on the Sandy, a few - 1 a . nays anerwara. and he was brought to the county jail, the boy Deing restored to his mother The grand jury indicted Wilson and he pleaded guilty and ac cepted sentence, Wilson's par enia uve in xowa, and tney are willing to send him the money to return to that state. The money is expected here this week, and meantime Wilson has been held here pending the ar rival of funds. Had the parents not been wil ling to finance Wilson's trip to the East it would have meant a jail sentence of one day for ev ery two dollars of the sentence This would have meant 5.000 days in the bastile, or 13 years and ll months incarceration.
