Bertha Howatt sues Hdward
A. Howatt, an expert Bawdier at
West Timber, asking the court
for a decree of divorce. There is
a Bon. aged 12 years, and she
asks the custody of the lad, and
says he is in need of an opera
tion to one of his eyes. She
wants suit money, $50 per month
alimony for the keep of herself
and boy until he is 21 years old,
and $2,000 permanent alimony.
She says the husband has $4,000
due him from his father in Cali
fornia, and she wants him en
joined from spendinfi: it or put-
