Said property will be sold for th
purpose of realizing $391,006.27,
with interest at the rate of aix per '
zent per annum from July 10th,
1916, and the costs and disburse
ments allowed the above named
complainants in the above entitled
cause, and the expenses of effecting
the said sale. In case the aaid
moneys shall be realized by a sal
of a part of the said property, th
remainder of the property above
described will not be sold.
Pursuant to the direction of the
said decree the undersigned will ac
cept no bid unless the bidder ahall
deposit with the undersigned, eith
er in cash, or in a check certified by
a National or State Bank or Trust
Company situated in th City of
Chicago, Illinois, the City of New
York, New York, or the city of
Portland, Oregon, in an amount
equal to at least twenty per cent of
the bid interposed; provided that no
deposit will be accepted in the aura
of less than $5,000.00, and that no
deposit will be required in excess
of $25,000. In esse any bidder or
purchaser shall fail to make good
