That by virture of an execution,
decree and order of sale issued out
of and under the seal of the Circuit
Court of the State of Oregon foi
Washington County, dated the 8tl,
day of July, 1916, in that certain
suit therein pending wherein Peter
Broeren is plaintiff and against
Rosa R. Merlo, D, Reghitto, Annon
ziata Merlo and John Mfcrlo, hei
husband, are defendants unon a
judgment and decree in favor of the
plaintiff and atrainst the defendants
ana the real pronertv hcreinaftei
described, in the sum of $1500.00
with interest thereon from the 24th
day of January, 1911, at the rate ol
7 per cent per annum, and for the
further sum of $150.00, attorney'
fees, and the further sum of $17.0ii
costs and disbursements, and com
manding me to sell the real proper
ty hereinafter described to satisfy
the hereinbefore named sums;
NOW THEREFORE, I will, on
Monday, the 14th day of August,
1916, at the south door of the Court
House at Hillsboro, Washington
County, Oregon, offer for sale and
will sell at public auction to the
highest bidder for cash in hand, all
the following described real pioper
ty situate in Washington County,
Oregon, to-wit:
All of Lot 2 -Steel's Addition in the
Town of Beaverton, Washington
Lounty, Oregon.
Said sale to be made subject to
redemption as provided by law, and
the proceeds therefrom obtained will
be applied to the payment:
First: To the costs' and expenses
of said sale.
Second: To the payment of the
several sums of money due plaintiff
as hereinbefore set forth.
Third: The remainder, if any there
be, paid to the clerk of said court to
be by him disbursed as by law re
