That by virtu of an execution, de
cree and order of sale, issued out of
and under the seal of the Circuit

of July, 1916, in that certain suit
therein pending wherein Ben An
derson U plaintiff end Laura A.
Caplea and R. A. Copies, her hus

O'Day and A. Welch are defendants,:
upon a judgment and decree in fav
or of the plaintiff and against the
defendant Laura A. Caples and the
real property hereinafter described,
in the sum of $2800.00 with interest
thereon, from the 27th day of Feb
ruary, 1915, at the rate .of 8 per cent
per annum, and the further sum of
$200.00 Attorney's fees and the sum
