The case of Irvin Julian v J N
Loudon, attack on deed from
Mrs Julian, now deceased, to her
son. the defendant, was thrown
out of court with judgment for
Loudon. Dr. F. A. Bailey testi
tied that Mrs. Julian was of the
soundest mind when making the
deed. Loudon testified that he
had cared for the mother, virtu
ally for years, and the court held
the conveyance was made with
out undue influence.
