non-suit on thofollowing grounds
to-wit -
1. That the plaintnT did not
show that he was travelling
along the road in compliance
with the auto law, regarding
lights.
2. Did not show by evidence
that his ow n negligence did t.ot
contribute to the accident.
3. -I 'id not show that there
was a defect in the road, which
was open to travel.
1. Hid not show that it was a
legally laid out highway.
