Mrs. Charles Hatfield, of Forest
drove, did suddenly Friday
night, and as she had riot l-n
very ill ailing only Irom a slight
indisjxtsition -the authorities
held an inquest to seek into
causi-s w hich led to her demise.
SheritT Keeves. in company with
the coroner. Dr. Parrett. and
Deputy District Attorney lonrue
made a thorough examination of
conditions, and on Sunday Dr.
Yenney. assisted by Dr. F. A.
Hailev. of Hilisboro. made a iost
mortem examination of the re
mains. As near as can lie learn
ed there was nothing suspicious
aliotit the death. Several physi
cians worked with .Mrs. Hatfield
for two or three hours U-fore
she passed aw ay, and none could
determine just w hat caused ui

Mr. Hatfield was down town
in Forest (Inne, with her hus

and she told her husband to get
his dinner in the business district.
While he was at the restaurant

and he w ent to the bedside of
his w ife, who was then in a dy
ing condition.

wrong, at ail, and that she died
from natural causes.
