The first Sunday in February
was the first anniversary of the
sottlemont of Rev. B. Clarence
C x.k as pastor of the Baptist
church, of llillshoro. It has been
a very successful year. During
this time the pastor has preach
ed 1 11 sermons, made 810 pas
toral calls, received 53 new mem
bers, of whom 11 were by
baptism. There has been raised
d'Hing the year for missions
?lo li, fur the new lot upon
which there is to lw a new
chinch building, at Fourth and
Lincoln Streets, over $700. There
lias been raised for all purposes
approximately the sum of $1018.
So. Besides, new lights, a stove,
ami a new piano have been in
stalled.
Pastor and people are united
as never before, and are happy

forenoon program was rendered
and this was followed by a boun
tiful repast which was served
by the ladies' Aid. of Tualatin.
At the afternoon session some
splendid numbers were rendered
bv the pupils of Tualatin School
