had previously won seven firsts
at western bird shows - and that
is Koin"; a few. His first and
s-coiid on White Leghorns won
over a field of 20 birds, consist
ing of prize cockerels at the
chieken shows held at Portland
and Tacoma, last Winter.
J ud (re Dixon, of Oregon City,
one of the best markers in the
Northwest, officiated at the pens,
and his decisions (rave general
satisfaction.
All of these birds will be
shown at the street fair next
