Bailey thinks the farmers have a trood ioke on th auto jKHiple. The new law says that an auto driver can not pass any team at a Hpeed to exceed eight miles an hour. If the farmer is not heavily loaded, and has a team trood for anything. he can Hpeed up eiirht miles an hour without crowding much. All he needs is a decent Dobbin and a nwedometer. and he can give the auto owners and drivers the laugh, and without over working his team.
